Class MultiAssetProtectionDetector

Multi-Asset Protection Detector implementation

Orchestrates multiple protection detectors with intelligent aggregation strategies:

'any-positive': Return true if ANY detector finds protection
'all-positive': Return true only if ALL detectors find protection
'majority': Return true if majority of detectors find protection
