Class OrdServerDetector

Ord Server API detector implementation

Integrates with the Ord Server API (ordinals.com) to detect:

Bitcoin inscriptions (ordinals)

Features:

Fail-safe operation (never throws, returns false on errors)
Configurable timeout and retry logic
Exponential backoff for rate limiting
